Once availability is confirmed, click here to read the Rental Terms and Conditions (opens in a new window). You will find these are fairly standard, and include settlement of the balance 8 weeks prior to departure, at which time a deposit of £200.00 per week of stay is payable, against damage or breakage. After departure, the latter will be returned promptly, minus the charge of any non-local telephone calls itemised for the period.

Bookings

If happy to proceed with a reservation, click here and print off the booking form (opens in a new window), returning it as soon as possible to the address shown on the form in order to secure your holiday, together with the non-refundable deposit of 25% of the holiday cost - cheques to be made out, please, to Jane Bennett. Direct transfers to our bank account are also accepted.

You will be sent a letter in receipt of the deposit and to confirm your booking details as set out on your booking form. On receipt of the balance, we will send you a final letter as confirmation, instructions on how to find the property, and contact details of our property managers.

Comprehensive travel insurance for the period is recommended.
