Once availability is confirmed, click here to read the Rental Terms and Conditions (opens in a new window). You will find these are fairly standard, and include settlement of the balance 8 weeks prior to departure, at which time a deposit of £200.00 per week of stay is payable, against damage or breakage. After departure, the latter will be returned promptly, minus the charge of any non-local telephone calls itemised for the period and of any damage caused to the property or its equipment.

If happy to proceed with a reservation, please call Morag as above and we will send you a booking form and instructions for the next steps.

We will require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the holiday cost to secure the booking.

Comprehensive travel insurance for the period is recommended.
